Parent Evaluation

Please note:

  • The Parent Evaluation is only available for purchase through July 31st in years when an assessment is required for students in the CHEC Independent School.
  • The Parent Evaluation is not accepted for students who:
    • Receive more than 50% of their teaching from someone other than a parent, guardian, or an adult relative, or
    • Attend a public or private school for more than 50% of the school year.

Typed Parent Evaluations are strongly encouraged. Handwritten submissions may significantly delay processing.
